Shipping & Returns
We courier all our New Zealand orders through Parcel Port which will be sent with a variety of different providers depending on your address area.
Tracking numbers can be searched by clicking the link in your confirmation email (please double check you have entered the correct address before you check out)

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org
Returns will be accepted if:
1.You have contacted us within 14days of receiving your order
2. The garment/s are in original new condition
3. Full priced garment/s only
4. Items must be unwashed and unworn
5. All garments being return must be in original packaging with tags attached.
if you are returning for a voucher this will be issued at the same amount as the purchase amount less shipping.
If you are returning for a refund (to the method of original payment)
This will be processed less processing fee of 5 % of the total amount of purchase and less shipping costs.
All refunds processed may take up to 3-5 working days (NZ) you will receive a confirmation email that this has been processed.
All faulty garments or incorrect orders can be returned at the expense of Nōku Pakihi ltd
There is no refunds on sale items.

If you are exchanging please provide a return bag for your order to be returned for the size you are wanting to exchange for.
Sale items will not be exchanged these sales are final.
