SHIPPING

All New Zealand orders are shipped via Gosweetspot, using NZ Post and Post Haste.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing checkout.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@noku.co.nz.

Returns and refunds will be accepted if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

  2. Items are full-priced (sale items excluded)

  3. Garments are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  4. All tags are attached and returned in original packaging

If eligible, you may choose either a store credit or a refund. Please indicate your preference on the return card.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
Please allow 3–5 working days (NZ) for refunds to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once completed.

Faulty garments or incorrect orders will be returned at the expense of Nōku Pakihi Ltd.

Please note:

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted outside the 14-day period


EXCHANGES

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Please email info@noku.co.nz  to enquire before returning your item.

For exchanges, customers must provide a return bag and clearly indicate the size requested.

Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
